CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is reserved just for you. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice. Missed appointments, no-shows, and appointments cancelled inside of 24 hours will be charged for the scheduled service. Thank you for understanding that our time is valuable. 

CHILD SAFETY

For their safety and the comfort of other clients, we ask that children not accompany you on your visit unless they are being serviced.

PRICING

All prices subject to change.

GRATUITIES

A gratuity of 18-20% is always appreciated.

PUNCTUALITY

We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; if possible or you may be asked to reschedule.

APPOINTMENTS

In order to better accommodate our customers, we ask that future appointments are scheduled prior to leaving the salon.

For the consideration of our spa, please limit cell phone use in the salon.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and are valid for one year from purchase date. Gift certificates must be present at time of service and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.
